1. What was the key reason in joining Steve Gray Renovations?
Because of Steve's commitment to quality. I've been in this business for 20 years and have seen many companies doing it the quick and dirty way. Steve wants to do the very best work because he knows

2. What gives you the greatest satisfaction when working on an SGR project?
Knowing everything will be done right all the way down to the last detail. I have confidence that we can deliver the highest caliber of work because we have the best people and we stress over the little things. Then, when the project is done, I get satisfaction from knowing we've over delivered on our customer's expectations in terms of timeline, budget, and quality.

Number one: The very high quality of work we do.
Number two: We're accountable. They won't have to chase us down to find out what's happening. I know every single thing that's going on with every one of our projects at any given moment. Some other companies can make a remodel process a nightmare of confusion and bad planning. Not us. We'll make the work great, but the whole experience will go according to plan.
5. What three tools would you take with you if dropped in the middle of a remote jungle?
An anvil, hammer, and welding equipment so I can make my OWN tools.
6. Do you have any construction heroes? If so, who?
My construction heroes are the guys who built the Pyramids. Let's face it, the Pyramids of Egypt look great and they're still standing. Although they could probably use a remodel.
